The APISAT2018 is around the corner. Here are some tips for your oral presentations.

The technical  arrangement can be found on this page and detailed arrangement can be downloaded through the link on the bottom.
Please check it and make sure you will present in your sessions in time.

If you fail to show up, your time slot will still be preserved. It means no following presentations will be made earlier to fill your gap.

As the technical program has been made online on Oct 1 for one week to get feedbacks from authors, it's impossible to change sessions now.

The time slot is 15 minutes, 10 for presentation and 5 minutes for Q & A.

If you indeed can not make it due to some reasons, please inform us ASAP.

Please always refer to the online update for the latest arrangement.

Please upload your PPT file onto the room computer at 08:00-08:20 in the morning or 13：00-13：20 in the afternoon.
It's not allowed to copy it right before your presentation.
